Why do I have to use caSaaS™ web CMS?

What is caSaaS web CMS?  

caSaaS™ web Content Management Suite goes beyond ordinary web CMS software by allowing our clients to control their own website, blog, e-newsletters, social media on one platform while maximizing their online presence with Google and other search engines. Included in the caSaaS™ subscription plan, is the easy to use caSaaS™ software, business-class web hosting, continual free upgrades, dedicated support from the caSaaS™ developers and daily site backup.

Can I use WordPress or another service?

Sorry, but ND Web Express only runs on caSaaS™ web CMS.   

Do I need a web hosting service?  

Nope, web hosting is included with every caSaaS™ web CSM subscription plan.

Do you offer e-mail accounts? What about POP/IMAP?  

We highly recommend using the unlimited Web/POP/IMAP e-mail accounts that are available for free at Google Apps. Need help setting them up? We can help with that too for a flat rate of $65.

Is a domain name included?  

No, but we are happy to help with that too.

What if I don't like the ND Web Express layout options?

We offer a Premier Plan for original custom designs. Or browse templates at www.themeforest.com and we’ll see if we can build it out for you. (License and set-up fees apply.)

What if I want extra features not on your list?  

Just ask, we'll provide a quote upon request.

How long are your contracts?  

Our base subscription plans are annual commitments. We also offer monthly payment plans for subscriptions with over 50 pages. 

Is there a discount for long-term service?  

Yes, but only on plans with over 50 pages. We offer up to 3 free months of service with a prepaid annual commitment. Prepay for 1 year and get 1 month free for a total of 13 months. Prepay for 2 years and get 3 months free for a total of 27 months. Annual service contracts are nonrefundable.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. We will prorate the upgrade fee or the downgrade refund toward the new plan cost.

Can I download caSaaS™ web CMS?  

No, caSaaS™ web CMS is a web-based service and only available online.
